Because you are suffering the two problems above, it is likely that the issue is around your internet connection (Not something we provide) rather than it being a problem with our mail servers.
Try the usual switching things off, waiting a short while then switching them on again including both your PC and your Router or Hub.
If you still have both problems, contact your Broadband provider.
If it is just the mail that is down, make a note of any error messages and then contact us for help
